A 24-year-old man named Kapil Chaudhary was found dead in a homestay in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The police arrested a brother-sister duo from Delhi, who confessed to the murder. Kapil and Kudrat Bashar had been in a relationship for two years, but in the last few days, she became infuriated due to Kapil's alleged betrayal in love. So, Kudrat, along with her brother Abdullah, hatched a plan to murder Kapil. They convinced Kapil to go to Mussoorie with them and booked a room in a homestay there. On the night of September 10th, while Kapil was deeply asleep, Abdullah slit his throat, leading to his death. They hid the body under the bed and fled in Kapil's car. The police recovered the murder weapon, a kitchen knife, and both accused have been sent to jail after confessing to the crime.
